Soo figured i'd tell people a bit about me and what I do and where the servers located. So I work as an IT Director for a company here in NY. We install video surveillance systems, access control systems, manage computer networks, install alarm systems, and home automation systems. We just built a new office a little over a year and a half ago so when we built it, we designed our dream server room. We quickly outgrew it so rather then install the Minecraft server in our network rack, its on the floor behind my relay rack, since we have no more room. Which is fine. The server has its own public IP address, seperate from the rest of our network. Below are some photos of my office, and my server room (which is adjacent to my office) and my IT workshop (right outside my office) - btw photos in my office, are all taken by me This is on the side of my desk... my own office has 5.1 surround, a HTPC, a dock for my iPhone, and i can feed my TV an HDMI source from my computer or a component source from my iPhone if i want, i wired it with anything i may need for the future: Relay rack, where all the wires for network/telephone come in Server rack, where our various servers are (back wall is our automation system, alarm system, access control system, power boxes, etc...) Before we officially moved in: How it looks kinda now (only more crap under the bench)

Wow man. Thats awesome that you run that all from work. There is a plug in or somthing that u can have you can have and log in remotely and restart/bring up the server. So u don't have to go there every time

I can access the server remotely but with the ram disk and the backup trials, it just froze it up. Even after i hooked up a monitor/keyboard/mouse i had to do a hard reboot
BTW everything you saw above i put in. From the monitors on the wall to the server racks/servers/patch panels, etc... thats what i do best
